Webhook event types
Every event an outbound webhook endpoint can subscribe to.
Subscribe an endpoint to any of these types, or to * for all of them. See Webhooks for delivery, signatures and retries.

lead.created | A lead was created (API, import, webhook or form). |
lead.imported | A CSV import created or updated a lead. |
lead.status_changed | A lead's status changed. |
note.created | A note was added to a lead. |
email.sent | An email was sent to a lead. |
email.received | An email from a lead was received. |
email.bounced | An email to a lead bounced. |
reply.classified | A reply was classified (interested, objection, ...). |
reply.drafted | An AI reply draft was written or changed. |
call.started | A call with a lead started. |
call.completed | A call with a lead ended (outcome, duration). |
call.analyzed | A call's AI analysis finished. |
call.callback_requested | A lead asked to be called back. |
call.handoff_requested | A lead asked for a person during a call. |
meeting.booked | A meeting was booked with a lead. |
enrollment.created | A lead was enrolled in a sequence. |
enrollment.stopped | A lead's sequence enrollment stopped (reply, opt-out, ...). |
consent.changed | A lead's consent was recorded, revoked or opted out. |
research.completed | Lead research finished. |
enrichment.completed | Lead enrichment finished. |
speed_to_lead.triggered | Speed-to-lead acted on a new lead. |
linkedin.message | A LinkedIn message was sent or received. |
sms.sent | A text message was sent to a lead. |
signal.detected | A buying signal (hiring, funding, news, tech stack, website change) was detected: once per lead of the company (data.lead, data.timeline_event), or once for a company without leads (data.company, data.signal). |
signal.triggered | A signal trigger rule with the notify action matched a new signal. |
export.ready | A background export finished and can be downloaded. |
mailbox.paused | The deliverability guard paused a mailbox (its own or its sending domain's bounces or complaints). |
deliverability.level_dropped | A sending domain's health level dropped (healthy, at risk, poor). |
webhook.test | A test ping sent from the settings page. |
