Calling windows by country
The calling hours and call caps ZeroReach applies in each country, in the recipient's local time.
Calling hours are in the recipient's local time. Windows are half-open: 08:00–21:00 allows calls from 08:00:00 up to 20:59:59. A country without its own pack uses DEFAULT. Region overrides (such as US states) can only make the rules stricter. A workspace can add its own overrides, which can also only restrict.

No calls on national public holidays (the whole local day) in 34 countries, for 2025–2035: AT, BE, BG, CH, CY, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GB, GR, HR, HU, IE, IN, IS, IT, LI, LT, LU, LV, MT, NL, NO, PL, PT, RO, SE, SI, SK, US. TCPA / TSR: 8am-9pm recipient local time. State mini-TCPA overrides only ever restrict.
