The AI sales team in the Agents hub, what each agent does and what pausing it stops.

Each agent can be turned on or off, paused and given an autonomy level (suggest, ask_first or auto). See Approvals and autonomy for the rules.

Prospector

Finds companies that match your ideal customer and explains why each one fits.

Starts: When you start a discovery run; On its schedule (if set).
Pausing stops: Scheduled discovery runs stop until you resume.
Autonomy: Candidates always wait for you to accept them; autonomy doesn't change that yet.
Schedule: takes a weekly schedule (days and hour, workspace time zone).

Reads sites, news and job posts; adds cited facts to each lead.

Starts: When you research a lead; When you run a research batch.
Pausing stops: Research batches wait (paused) until you resume; one-off research you ask for still runs.
Autonomy: Research only runs when you ask, and only adds notes to your records.

Writes first emails and follow-ups that add something new each time.

Starts: A lead reaches an AI email step in a campaign.
Pausing stops: No new AI drafts are written; AI email steps wait until you resume. Drafts you already approved still send.
Autonomy: Suggest: every AI draft waits for you. Ask first: drafts wait as set in Email approval (at least the first email). Auto (only with Email approval "none"): drafts without warnings send on their own.

Sorts replies, pauses sequences on a reply and suggests answers.

Starts: A new reply arrives.
Pausing stops: No suggested answers are written. Replies are still sorted and opt-outs always honoured.
Autonomy: Suggested answers wait for you in Inbox. Auto (only with Email approval "none"): spam and junk filtering only, by default. Answers send on their own only if an admin also turns on "Auto-send confident answers": confident answers to interested leads and questions, up to 20 a day, never on sensitive topics, with every compliance check and an audit trail. Opt-outs are always honoured.

Calls new leads within minutes, qualifies them and books a slot.

Starts: A new lead from your web form (speed to lead); A call step in a campaign.
Pausing stops: Speed-to-lead calls are skipped, and campaign calls and callbacks become tasks for you, while it is paused or off.
Autonomy: Ask first: only the calls you set up in Speed to lead and campaigns. Suggest: speed-to-lead calls are skipped.

Preps you before meetings, suggests talking points live, writes the follow-up after.

Starts: You open the prep of a booked meeting; A call of ours ends with a transcript.
Pausing stops: No new meeting preps, and after-call tasks and deal updates stop. Call summaries and follow-up drafts still arrive.
Autonomy: Auto: after a call it adds tasks and updates the deal's next step on its own (internal only). Ask first or Suggest: they are only listed in the call summary. Follow-up emails always wait for your approval.

Updates deal stages, drafts proposals and mutual action plans, flags risk.

Turns documents, emails and calls into cited facts and keeps them current.

Starts: You add a document or page to Knowledge; Any new activity (knowledge graph).
Autonomy: It only updates your own knowledge base and graph.
