Exports

Export Leads

Live leads matching the `GET /leads` filters, newest first, as CSV or XLSX. Small exports (up to `EXPORTS_DIRECT_MAX_ROWS`, default 5,000 rows) are the response body (`Content-Disposition: attachment`). Larger ones, or `background=true`, are built by a job: 202 with the export; poll `GET /exports/{export_id}` and fetch its `download_url`. CSV cells that start with `=`, `+`, `-` or `@` get a leading `'` (formula injection).

API key access

Needs the leads:read scope with an API key (ro_pat_...). A signed-in session uses the caller's role.

Authorization

AuthorizationBearer <token>

Access token from /api/v1/auth/login, or an API key (ro_pat_..., RO-176) from /api/v1/workspaces/current/api-keys: the key implies its workspace and needs the route's scope. MCP connectors (/api/v1/mcp only) may use an OAuth access token (ro_oat_..., RO-284).

Export Enrollments

The sequence's enrollments matching the `GET /sequences/{sequence_id}/enrollments` filters, with their leads. 404 for another workspace's sequence. Small exports (up to `EXPORTS_DIRECT_MAX_ROWS`, default 5,000 rows) are the response body (`Content-Disposition: attachment`). Larger ones, or `background=true`, are built by a job: 202 with the export; poll `GET /exports/{export_id}` and fetch its `download_url`. CSV cells that start with `=`, `+`, `-` or `@` get a leading `'` (formula injection).

Export Outreach Log

The workspace's outreach log: timeline touches across leads (sends, replies, bounces, calls, texts, LinkedIn, meetings, enrollments, speed-to-lead, consent changes unless `type` is given), newest recorded first. `since` / `until` bound `occurred_at` (no offset = UTC). Small exports (up to `EXPORTS_DIRECT_MAX_ROWS`, default 5,000 rows) are the response body (`Content-Disposition: attachment`). Larger ones, or `background=true`, are built by a job: 202 with the export; poll `GET /exports/{export_id}` and fetch its `download_url`. CSV cells that start with `=`, `+`, `-` or `@` get a leading `'` (formula injection).
